What is
your average wait staff to guests ratio?
Is
your food cooked fresh at my reception?
May I
select other items not currently on your
menu?

anything else I need to rent with your
catering services?
Our commitment to expediting and performing your event in a
professional atmosphere, is supported
by our experienced wait staff and
bartenders.
Most events, unless you request French Service or add additional
courses to our general menu package,
is calculated to 1 wait staff per 14
guests. Less wait staff creates a
longer service time. More wait staff
beyond our ratio initiates additional
staffing charges and fees.
We do not "rush" your guests through dinner, our Maitre D'
guarantees an even flow throughout
your party or reception.

Absolutely!!
For five generations our family has prepared and cooked our menu
presentations fresh on site at
client's selected event locations.
There is no other way to offer you the
best in quality ingredients and
performance.
Pre-heating menu items is not an option for our firm.

Flexibility in menu building and design is a specialty at Robert
Fair Caterers.
We encourage you to mention any cuisine favorites you wish to have
available and presented at your party.

We own our inventory in order to produce and perform your event
from the menu package.
This includes the china, stemware, flatware, linens, oval tables,
kitchen ovens and stoves. There is
no rental fee for our inventory.
Chair options need to be considered as
the varieties are many. We will secure
your selected chair from the
rental agency, cost pending on chair design.
Special linen upgrades if requested may be rented from our linen
designers.

Dry overcooked chicken will not be found in our kitchens.
What would generally be a separate rental charge
to you, is now a further event savings with
